I appreciate the form factor but I do hope we will see this type of engine in a larger Polyphonic synth. I’d rather not have all their future products scaled down...especially a hybrid.

The X8 and OB6 are there though, I know there are some differences but there are essentially 3 ‘sizes’ of Oberheims out there right now.. as to what happens next, who knows!

Yes the cable can make big difference. If having problem try to swap the cable. Also mak sure it doesn’t run parallel with power cables as that will cause sound issues from the cable.

I'm using the Trigon-6 desktop with the Osmose keyboard, both setup in MPE mode.
Most patches sound kind of funny in such mode, I wonder if there is a subset of factory patches
that are designed to work nicely in MPE mode. That would be really a convenient way to showcase such mode.

Also, when the Trigon is in MPE mode (Midi Channel: MPE) The arpeggiator and the Hold function
doesn't appear to work, is that the intended behavior? Couldn't find anything in the manual
supplement.

I'm a huge Bowie fan - I usually steal his moves from "Be My Wife" when we're doing videos! Geek notes - bassist Andy here was in Squeeze during the time they supported Bowie on the Glass Spiders tour and drummer Urbano was in the Celebrating David Bowie band with Adrian Belew and Mike Garson...
