I assume it’s either because of the pandemic or the acquisition (or maybe a little of both), but I have an issue and haven’t been able to get through by phone going on 2 weeks now. I submitted a support ticket and I initially received a response, but now haven’t heard back for 3 days. Does anyone here know if there’s a new number to get in touch with support? Generally the support I’ve received has been stellar so I’m sure there’s just some shift happening right now. Thanks everyone!
