I assume it’s either because of the pandemic or the acquisition (or maybe a little of both), but I have an issue and haven’t been able to get through by phone going on 2 weeks now. I submitted a support ticket and I initially received a response, but now haven’t heard back for 3 days. Does anyone here know if there’s a new number to get in touch with support? Generally the support I’ve received has been stellar so I’m sure there’s just some shift happening right now. Thanks everyone!

Probably we've all experienced the same problem during the past year in getting through to Sequential. I know I have. I would suggest that you continue sending them emails every week or so until they finally respond to you. That's what worked for me, together with a lot of patience.

I experienced multi-day delays to turnaround even simple responses via support email as well. Patience is your friend here.
