Mod Wheel and Pitch Wheel Have Switched Roles

Hi All,

I'm an avid Pro 2 user and recently brought my synth in to the Sequential HQ for a few light repairs. Synth was working great but recently (meaning I noticed in the last 7 days or so) the pitch wheel and the mod wheel have switched roles meaning when I move the mod wheel the pitch changes and when I move the pitch wheel whatever the mod wheel is assigned to changes. I have confirmed the switch in Midi Monitor - moving the mod wheel sends pitch wheel midi messages and moving the pitch wheel sends mod wheel messages. A global reset fixed the problem initially however the issue has sprung up again and now global reset is not working. I have also tried recalibrating both wheels and this does not fix the issue. I should also mention I am fully up to date with my OS.

Has anyone else experienced anything like this and if so what was the fix?

Could they have accidentally swapped ribbon tables while reassembling at HQ? That’s what I’d check.
