Global MIDI Trans, Recv and CC's

Prophet 6 w/1.3.1 Firmware

When Local Control=OFF, Not all parameters are handled when Transmit and Receive is in CC mode (works fine in NRPN mode which is also the default mode).

For example, LFO Modulation rate/level etc does not respond to changes, slop does not respond either. Effects on/off nothing.

Am I overlooking something in in the manual?
Do all parameters receive over MIDI when CC is enabled for transmit/receive?
