OBX8 desktop transposing incoming midi notes?

Hi all,
I'm considering getting either an OB-6 desktop or OBX8 desktop. I've read through the online manuals for both and wanted to check with you all about incoming midi notes being transposed.

I have a set of Roland PK-5 pedals and want to trigger my Minitaur and then the OB 3-4 octaves above the Minitaur. Can incoming midi notes (coming into the OB) be transposed with the OBX8 (or OB6)?
