Automatic transpose when turnig rev2 on [SOLVED]

I don't know if thats due to 1.1.4.9 but I just noticed that after turning the rev2 on, all notes all are transposed: instead of C on the Keyboard I got F. I have then to "reset globals" and C becomes C again. However, after turning it off and on again the same happens. Even with all cables (except power) disconnected. What could it be? I already recalibrated it.

Try the wheel calibration in the Globals menu. If this doesn't do it for you, contact technical support directly.
