Rattling Module

I quickly returned my first prophet 6 module after one of the preset buttons did not work.

Now on my second prophet 6, the damn thing rattles if bumped! It drives me crazy. Even if slightly tapped it rattles.

Is anyone else experiencing this or is it just crappy manufacturing? I'm thinking about returning it and being done with DSI.
