Envelope Re-trigger in Chord Mode

Is it normal that the envelopes do not re-trigger in chord mode? even when set to a re-triggering key mode? I've noticed that If I set my prophet to, say, last note priority with re-trigger, it will re-trigger when playing individual notes in both poly and unison mode. but once I set it to chord memory it will no longer re-trigger the envelopes. Is this a bug? or standard functionality?
