So my mute button needs to be pushed harder on the right side in order to get triggered: anyone experienced something like this? How did you fix it?

Hi Paul,

I had exactly the same thing with my "16 Beats" button and after contacting DSI support they mentioned to re-solder the button's terminals into the circuit board.
They offered to send me a button replacement but just turned out to be a bad solder joint!

You should contact DSI to advise them of the situation and get confirmation from them. (They would have to be the best support I have ever dealt with!!)
