I just updated to the beta firmware. The arpeggiator retrigger is great! I'm going to try it with a midi clock this evening.
I have brought this up before, but feel that it is time to bring it up again. I love the Prophet 08, but can't get over how over complicated the sequencer section is. I know it is gated, and that isn't the problem for me. I just want it to do two things. First, when synced to a midi clock, why can't each note pressed trigger with the clock? Like the arpeggiator does? Second, why can't the sequence be set to just start where the sequence is showing on the panel?
Those two changes would be a godsend.
