P12 doesn't start up -- the 12 is blinking

I've just received my new prophet 12 but when I start it up the
large 12 of P12 just blinks in red. Anybody and idea what's going
on?

I already sent a mail to technical support too. Just wanted to know as
fast as possible what the issue was, because I'll need to sent the synth
back to the vendor as fast as possible if I can't fix the issue myself.

We got your email this morning and replied. Did you get our response? If not, please check your Junk Mail/Spam folder.

The issue was caused by the wrong power supply, it was not able to supply
the current the module needed. Dave Smith Instruments promptly diagnosed
the problem and sent me a replacement power supply. I'm a happy camper now.
