Bootloader recovery procedure?

Bootloader recovery procedure?

Say, hypothetically, that the firmware on my PX had become corrupted, and I wanted to re-flash the OS, but was unable to navigate the menus to reach the OS update function. What would be the procedure to recovery? Many synths have a system where you hold a certain key while it boots in order to bypass a bad flash and get it into a flashable state. Is that the case here? Thank you!

edit: just learning that the rev2 has this (hold glide while booting). I would have thought the same procedure exists on the PX, but it's not documented in the manual. Will do some testing later..

found the answer in this forum post: (hold "sample stretch" while booting) https://forum.sequential.com/index.php/topic,2656.msg54480.html#msg54480

would be great if this could be added to the user manual.

Agreed. But at this stage of the game with the PX being discontinued, I’d think it pretty unlikely to happen.
Prophet 6, Nord Electro, Waldorf Iridium, BARP 2600, Eurorack and altogether too many guitars.
