Panel OS 1.1.0.0

Does anyone have the Panel OS 1.1.0.0 file? I just got a Pro 3 (after mistakenly selling the one i used to have) and i noticed the encoders tend to skip and lag a little. I remember reverting the panel OS fixed that problem on my last pro 3. I can't seem to find the old OS files online anywhere. Thank you!

SOLVED:
If anyone else is having issues with the encoders being laggy and periodically skipping, here is a link to a thread where someone included the panel OS 1.1.0.0. Use the most current Main OS but use the panel OS version 1.1.0.0 (can be downloaded in the link). It fixed the issues I was having!
