Random hangups

[KnowBody]

Hey guys. I bought a Pro 3 a week ago. I've been having random hangups. Is there a key combination for a panic button or all stop?

I've disconnected the midi cables & the USB & it still happens. Within an hour. No way I'd be able to depend on this for a gig.

In the last hour I updated to the latest firmware, it was on 1.2.07 I hope that solves the problem.

Anything else I need to try?

Hello buddy, welcome to the awesome Pro 3 and apologies for the late reply. There is 2 parts to the Pro 3, system os and panel os. 1.21 is the latest system os, panel os is somewhat twitchy to say the least. The only thing I would recommend is trying different panel os’s to see if it helps. It probably won’t solve the hangup, but no harm in giving it a shot. Report back with more info if you can please.
