I don't know.  I probably  have that ppg sound covered with the 3rd Wave.  Good to see them doing something new though.

That was my initial thought too... I can't tell if there is an indication that there is really a PPG Wave reissue coming, apparently there have been similar "stunt-like" videos in recent years.  But even if it happened tomorrow I would really need to know what it can do that my 3rd Wave can't, I couldn't sacrifice all of the functionality of the 3rd Wave just to have a vintage look to the front panel.  In fact lack of a proper modern UI seems like it would be a setback in this case.

I'm open to possibilities, but the PPG functionality of the 3rd Wave is more of a bonus for me that I use occasionally.  I tend to find more use for the analog waveforms and sampling most of the time.
