Program Change troubles

Hi, is it just my OB-X8 or is this a bug? I can not get PCs to work when Send/Receive is set to "CC" in Global Mode. Only when those parameters are set to "NRPN" I can send/receive working PCs on the OB-X8.
Can anyone confirm? I have rebooted, reset the Globals parameter, even reloaded FW 2.0.1 but without any luck.

Program change is not a CC messenger, nor a NRPN message but a MIDI message.
