I have one keyboard synth and one desktop module, and space is little limited in my room. I want to ask how you plan your studio layout before buying more gear. Do you first draw a simple plan or just adjust things later? I am trying to avoid mistakes like wrong stand height or cable mess. Also, how much desk space is comfortable for long sessions? In my work, I am used to doing
blueprint takeoffs, where everything is measured and planned before starting. That habit makes me think planning is also important for music setup, even if it’s not construction. A clear layout saves time and cost later. If anyone can share tips for beginners about studio planning, stands, or desk setup, please guide me.
