CV Out Pitch Glide

I've set up my Pro-3 control my SH-2 and Moog Prodigy.

It's a much better keyboard to play and I can correct tuning issues with CV scale and Offset.

I've managed to create a mod wheel to vibrato control for both synths but I can't figure out a way to create a glide/portamento control.

The glide/portamento control get's overridden on the receiving synths when CV is plugged in.

Is there a way I can route a slew value to the CV out and map the amount to the slider?
