Need DSP Sysex for Prophet X

Need DSP Sysex for Prophet X
« on: September 02, 2025, 12:30:38 AM »
Hi everyone,
my Prophet X doesn’t boot the OS – it only starts in Bootloader mode. I already installed the Main OS via SysEx, but the synth still can’t reach the audio processor. It looks like I also need the DSP SysEx file (PXDSP…).

Does anyone here have the DSP SysEx (latest version, e.g. 2.2.2) or know where I can get it?

Hi

As well as reaching out to Sequential, you may be interested in my post on what I did when I had the "cannot reach audio processor" problem

You may well need the DSPSYSEX, and I am not saying you don't, but if you have never changed the battery in my PX, it may be worth checking the battery as well. I purchased my PX in 2019, so the battery lasted about six years at least
