Are Incoming Velocity Values Changed By Velocity Curve Selection?

I think the answer is no, but I don't have access to my synth for a while to try it.

For instance, the Black Corp. Xerxes has (5) different velocity curves that can be selected to modify the data coming off the controller. It is a global function and not available on a per-patch basis.

So, does the selected Prophet 6 midi curve alter incoming midi velocity values, or is incoming data passed through with no change regardless of the selected midi curve?

Velocity curves are for the internal keyboard only. (The module doesn’t have those two parameters.)

No
The Prophet‑6’s Velocity Curve setting affects only the velocity data that its own keyboard generates.
