Take 5 Mainboard Issue - Is this the new normal?

After 9 months of working perfectly, my Take 5 will not boot up correctly.  All I get now at power up is the display showing TAKE 5, and then nothing.  The F-A bootstrap loader trick does not work either.

I see from other posts here that USB problems and defective mainboards are not an isolated issues.  I'm waiting to hear back from sequential support.

I love my Take 5, but is this just a random feature?

Sequential sent me a new main board, and I returned the defective one.  My Take 5 boots normally now.

Wow! HW failure happens but great customer service is a rare... 
Just wish for all of us that Sequential keep on doing that that way:-)
