released Ctrlr editor/librarian panel for Mopho synths

Mopho editor/librarian Ctrlr panel is now available at https://github.com/synthmutt/CtrlrPanelSequential

This panel has a setting to select the synth: Mopho x4, Mopho Keyboard and SE, or Mopho Desktop. It will also import files of program SysEx for any of those, converting them to the selected synth's format. Also converts layer A from Tetra and Prophet 08 SysEx.

I only have the Mopho x4; I have not been able to directly test this with the other synths - if you have one of those, I'd like to hear how that goes (send a PM). I set the panel version number as 0.9.0 instead of 1.0.0 since it's only been used with the x4 so far.
