MIDI Out undocumented options

There are two undocumented options in the MIDI out global: "BTH" and "PLY"...

I'm assuming "BTH" is "both" MIDI and USB, but what is "PLY"?

EDIT: I've just realized it must be Poly-chain and hasn't been added to the manuals yet...
