Preset's cutoff opens and freezes while I remove the footswitch from my Take 5

Hello!I just bought my Take 5 and I used a Yamaha FC5 switch.While I press it it usually opens the filter's cutoff.It does the same when I remove the footswitch and it freezes any knob.Also I have to tell that I put it on pedal input instead of footswitch.Thanks in advance

The Yamaha FC5 is a momentary switch, not suitable for use in the expression pedal input. Works great in the footswitch jack as a sustain pedal or to start stop sequences, though.
