 :-[ >:( :o
omk this is just going to be a Bitch RANT...
I dont really expect a solution...
I will just have to BUY non-rubberised nobs at some point.

Of the many things which I could complain about the PRO 3...
the "flash in the pan" joy of rubberized nobs when buy your new synth has got to be a CRIME!!!

This is an INDUSTRY problem...
I just scrubbed all my ARTURIA synths nobs with alcohol to clean them....

Even my MOOG sub 37 mod wheels are STICKY!!!!

I'm NOT HAPPY
this is a flagrant disregard for {pick a damn qualification} by the CHINESE in manufacturing {pick a damn widget}.

I have NOT tested them for LEAD!!!!!

and "WE" put them in power with corporate greed!
best intentions....    road to hell....       yada yada.....

the rest of my complaints have to do with my aspirations for this synth, and the troubling conclusions of what it is NOT!!!

it is NOT an OB6!!!
it is NOT a MOOG!!!

So I guess I can let all that other stuff go....     for the now.

the truth is that Dave di ONE thing verry well...

Crapout a TON of synthesizers!!!!!

and WE are all THANKFUL!

MandelScape,   you really need to evaluate the atmosphere these are being kept in.  This shown in picture is not right! If you are experiencing this type of breakdown across other devices as you say, it looks like something that would be caused by high heat or corrosive atmosphere is more likely than a manufacturing problem.   Also, scrubbing some rubber composites with alcohol will only hurt by leaching out the plasticizers intended to keep them resilient.  A mild detergent ...dilute windex, might be a better option.

Thanks for your response...
while I acknowledge that "environment" plats a part, the Sticky Nob issue has been a NIGHTMARE for Artirura.
I just scrubbed my minibrute nobs down in DNAT (outside of course) and they came perfectly clean.
I'll just have to find nice non coated nobs to order.
