Pretty sure it can't be done on the OB-6 hardware ... so the alternative is a software editor, e.g. I added a feature to copy the sequence from one program to another in the Ctrlr panel that I wrote for the OB-6, though that copies it to one program at a time.
Or, use the OB-6's global option to send sequencer notes to MIDI out, then record the sequence in your DAW, then let the DAW play the sequence while you change programs - that would be much faster to try it with a lot of programs
