Hey all - new here and hopefully somebody can help me out or at least point me in the right direction of where to look for a solution...
Being a bit of a Synth newb, I'm sure there is an easy explanation and solution for this, but I've been unable to figure it out.
I've been writing some music recently and came upon this factory preset (U2 P5) which I absolutely love on the Rev2. It's using the arpeggiator and has a cool delay effect as well (all from the Rev2). In any case, I just wanted to increase the BPM of the arpeggiator from the preset of 116 BPM to 120 BPM (or even a little higher), but when I do that by turning the BPM knob I can hear the delay time is off.
I think I just assumed that since the "Clk Sync" was toggled on (in the effects section) that this meant the delay time would be synced with whatever the BPM is of the arpeggiator? Whether it's higher or lower, the delay time would follow and be in sync?
And maybe that's not what the Clock Sync does? Does it not sync the selected Delay Effect's delay time with the arpeggiator? Maybe I'm just misunderstanding what that does?
But that's what I'm trying to do - I just want to increase the arpeggiator's BPM for this preset and have the delay effect sync up with the timing.
I added a pic for an additional reference:
