Take 5 Leds issue

Hello guay!
I have noticed something strange on my Take 5. When it is connected via USB to my PC, when I turn it off some leds remain half lit... When I unplug the USB from the computer the problem disappears, (I understand that in this way any type of electricity ends up reaching the synthesizer.) I had not seen this before on my Take 5. I also have the Oberheim TEO 5, and this does not happen to it. Can you confirm if this is normal/common for the Take 5 or could it be a fault? I am attaching a link for the video. Thanks.

Are you directly connected to your PC or to a hub? If the former, does it still happen if you put a hub in between the synth and PC? Wonder if the PC USB port is putting out too much power for some reason -- can you measure it with a volt meter?
