Noise from Left Headphone

Hi,

Whenever I plug in headphones to the headphone jack, there is a super high pitch tone in the LEFT ear at a high volume. This started the day after updating to v2.0.0.1 (don't know if that has anything to do with it).

- The noise is always there regardless of chosen patch, and even during master calibration sequence
- Doesn't react to master volume change
- The MONO output on the back only sends to the RIGHT side
- I tried master calibration, clearing calibration table, global reset to factory settings etc.

I guess this is a hardware issue? Have anyone experienced the same? Are there any fixes?

Any chance you've got a USB cable plugged into the synth? That's often a source of mysterious, unwanted noise.

Otherwise, drop Sequential support an email - they're reliably helpful (of course it's a holiday weekend, so might be a slow reply from them...)

My headphone output on my Pro3 is SO FREAKING LOUD! (Watch your ears!)
The "mono output" might be because of the TRS (tip/ring/sleeve - stereo) connections?

Your other problems are maybe not expected(?), contact Sequential for support.
