New P5 Rev4 Desktop owner... question about firmware update

Hello all

New to this board and owner of a new Prophet 5 Rev4 Desktop, bought a couple of days ago, which I love.

I've updated the firmware on the P5 Desktop from 2.0.0 which is what it shipped with to 2.0.1 which is the latest version on the website (https://sequential.com/updating-the-prophet-5-10-os/)

But I'm seeing threads here that refer to firmware version 2.0.4 for the P5 Rev4 (i.e. a higher increment than version 2.0.1 that's on the website) a year or more ago, which is a bit confusing.

I assume 2.0.1 is the latest version because, well, it's the one on the Sequential website! Or am I missing something?

All seems fine with my P5 after the firmware upgrade 2.0.1 so no problems to report... I'm just curious.

Also FYI the instructions to update the firmware for "Main" worked out exactly as intended but the instructions to update "Panel" didn't seem to do anything. I played the "Panel" sysex file from Sysex Librarian (after restarting the P5 following the "Main" update) but there was no response on the P5 Desktop display... no countdown, nothing. I restarted the P5 after the install and all seems to be OK, but just thought I'd flag this.

That's what I thought from messages on this board, but the latest version on the Sequential website is 2.0.1 which is pretty confusing...

I found a download to OS 2.0.4 (main) and 1.1.3 (panel) on this board, and have installed fine. All good so far. But perhaps someone should tell Sequential that if you go to the Sequential website to update the OS, the latest version that's on the website for the P5/P10 is the older version 2.0.1 - see here: https://sequential.com/updating-the-prophet-5-10-os/

The P5/P10 support page on the Sequential says that 2.0.1 is the "latest operating system" but, clearly, it isn't...
