Tempest playing a different kickdrum note on internal sequence to MIDI

I have a very peculiar problem. I have programmed a beat to be played in the internal sequence of the Tempest. When I program this into Ableton Live! 12 the note is different. I have tried changing the velocity but the note remains stubbornly different. Ideas please!

I’m not in front of my T now but you can change corresponding notes from T’s system midi settings page..

Hi. I have set the notes on the keyboard I use to program the Tempest to the pad numbers. I can't see anything else. It's not a velocity issue. The master transpose moves everything down but of course, it changes the pitch of the snare and hats?
