Cannot edit sounds in Binary mode

Hi all,

So - update done. Tuning issue solved.

But…I seem to have an issue that’s not been reported by anyone else on the forum so far.

I’ve noticed that while I’m in the binary sound groups in dual mode, I cannot use any of the controls to change the sound. The manual says to press lower or upper to gain access to the dials etc - but the lower and upper buttons don’t light up.

I’ve tried in different modes of local on/off etc in global settings just in case there was any confusion there.

But unfortunately no joy and cannot do filter sweeps etc while playing binary sounds.

Any ideas ?

Just to be sure, did you reset globals, clear calibration, and run full calibration after installing the 2.0.0.1 update?

To edit sounds in binaural mode, you simply scroll the a binaural patch, then hit lower or upper (on the top panel, not on the bend box). The LED's will illuminate and the front panel will control both sounds.

Thanks for the advice.
I'm only on 2.0.0.0 at this point. But I did do all of those necessary steps to get that version installed properly.

Strangely. I tried it again just now (I did turn it off and on again previously though too) and it seems to be working now.

How odd. I'll keep an eye on it.

Any ideas ?

I recommend switching between other sound banks or modes to see if the problem persists only with binary sounds or across all modes. This might help narrow down whether it’s a software bug or an isolated setting issue.
