I need help. I am using tempest drum with Cirklon 2 as MIDI 7ch synth 8ch. The synth channel works well with velocity value, but the drum channel does not apply velocity value. Please help.

Had the same issue with Tempest and Cirklon 2. Turns out, the drum channel ignored velocity because Fixed Velocity Mode was on. Try disabling it and check Cirklon's MIDI settings. Hope this helps!

It's important to understand that the Tempest is a synth; and therefore, each and every sound may or may not respond to velocity, depending on how the VCA and the envelopes are set.  In other words, you must turn down the envelope amount and turn up the velocity amount, to taste, for each envelope, wherever applicable, on a per sound basis.
