*Urgent* Need to know if I need to Return, Prophet 5 Patch 111 has a major delay

I have uploaded an audio file of patch 111.  I believe that there is a major delay in the patch.  I am not sure.  If someone could please verify that this patch sounds correct that would be much appreciated.

Please help me.

Sounds like the patch I know and love; I hear nothing wrong with it.

What do you mean by “delay”? Do you mean there’s a lag between pressing a key and hearing the sound?

If you think there’s an issue, contact sequential support email.

Playing in legato with patch 111 is that normal?

You've posted this three separate times. One post per topic is usually plenty! If you have a concern that's not being met by the group here, contacting Sequential support is always a good way to go.

Is patch 111 suppose to ring out, is that normal?

It’s normal. But it’s not normal to start three threads about the same issue, please keep it to one thread.

Also is it normal for the Prophet 5 to turn on with the display screen flashing and certain lights on the keyboard lighting up?

It depends on the situation. Have you read the manual and the troubleshooting guide? Have you checked the ribbon cable advised in other thread? If so and still problem (the described behavior appears when just turning on the power switch of the P5 without any other operations such hitting some buttons or pots, programming or menu operations) there could be some problem, please contact support for further assistance.

Sounds fine to me. I recommend reading the manual and learning basic synthesis
