*Urgent Please Help* Prophet 5 not sounding right since updating OS

I received a brand new Prophet a couple of days ago.  I have since updated the OS and the synth has not sounded the same since the update.  For example patch 111  has a major delay when you play fast notes separately.

Did you follow ALL the instructions? Including rebooting the synth after updating the main OS and again after the panel OS and restring the globals? Also that the correct buffer values were set in the software used to load the OS.

I’d suggest trying loading the firmware again and following all instructions to the letter.
