Boot issue (blinking b/6) Any advice?

Hi,

after turning my Ob-6 desktop module on this morning, it did not come up normally but immediately starts blinking a "b or 6" in patch number display and also has some other button leds flashing as well as the yellow led from Globals button (see video attached).

I tried powering it on with Hold button pressed and also tried power on with Write button pressed, both change nothing and the flashing looks exactly like in the video when no button is pressed.

I checked multiple power cables, also tried this in 3 rooms. All cables but Power cable are removed.

As can be seen in the video I then unscrewed the module to look for anything suspicious. But even after re-seating the ribbon cable, the boot issue does not change. Any other ideas what this might stem from and what I could probably try before sending it for repair as a last resort?
Anyone else had this issue before?

I do have access to a very good repair service here in town who could probably fix anything related to the PSU, so any advice or service manual would be very much appreciated

Sorry that the module isn't booting! Checking if bootloader works and reseating ribbons were good troubleshooting steps to take. At this point, I would suggest reaching out to support@sequential.com if you haven't already. You can include the video, and the SN/purchase details to speed things along.

i don't know if it could help in that case, but when I had problems with the pro3 booting, I found out that twisting the octave selection knob for OSC1 was the solution.
I would turn every selection knob (LFO Shape, ARP Octave, ....)
