What is the difference between the new Binaural Mode and the 4L 4R voice mode since and Layer earlier?
Binaural allocates two voices per key, presumably directly in single mode.

With 2 of the same preset in 4L 4R pan mode I can’t see any difference (except it’s single mode) and therefore my question to understand the difference.
I guess not much difference other than convenience for the user... instead of spending time setting up a double patch with 4l 4r mode and detuning one layer.I personally like it as its quick to change single patches into wide stereo patches.

It is still possible to change to other voice modes like before. But there could be some technical difference as it’s a new feature, therefore I’m asking to try to understand.
