As far as I can tell there is no MIDI command that activates the TUNE button function remotely.

In the MIDI specs there is the Tune Request defined in the System Common Messages.

Simply send this hex value: F6.

But I don't know, if this was implemented. It is not in the Prophet Rev. 4 MIDI implementation PDF of late October 2020

I tried to send 0xF6 to the Prophet-10, but it didn't start tuning.

Maybe there is a purpose behind the non-implementation of this MIDI message. Maybe Prophet should not be tuned too often ;-)
