Soundtower editor keeps crashing

Hey there- anyone get this soundtower obx8 editor to work? Tried midi and usb, but no matter what the GUI freezes when I click anything or it goes blank. I also didn’t see anywhere to register the software? It just says the keyboard is offline and nothing populates in the MIDI setup list. No response from soundtower either.

 Im on mac Ventura 13.6.5 on an M1.

All I wanted This for was to try making a program for my OB-8 that mimics the x8’s “Stereo Bass” program. If anyone can help with that specifically that’d be amazing. I can’t get the editor and x8 to communicate. Also tried updated x8 os but no luck. Anyone have a download for maybe a previous editor version for mac?
