Tuning Issue with One Voice
« on: March 14, 2024, 01:04:48 PM »
I'm having an issue with the tuning on my Take 5. When I run the tuning calibration, everything is good except one voice is always out of tune once the procedure is done. I tried clearing the tuning tables and continually rerunning the calibration, but no nice. Vintage mode is off. Matrix is empty. Currently running the 2.0 firmware.

Any ideas here?

Sounds like a support call is warranted.

Has your problem been resolved yet? How did you solve it? I'm also facing this problem.

Hey, that’s annoying—one voice out of tune can totally kill the vibe. I’ve had similar headaches with other gear; sometimes an oscillator drifts ‘cause of hardware being funky. Try letting it warm up for like 30 minutes, then run calibration again. If it’s still off, Sequential’s support might need to jump in—heard they’re solid with Take 5 stuff. What’s that rogue voice sounding like, super sharp or just a bit off?
