Feature Request: Gated Sequencer mode. Make the sequencer useful!!!

As it stands the sequencer just runs on midi start or button press. Wouldn't it be a bit more useful to have the sequencer run when you hold down a key like with the gated mode on the Pro-3 and Rev2?

The sequencer is a great feature that I just don't get to use right now as there's no way to control it playing in a useful manner.

Surely this can't be too hard to implement? It's a glaring omission on this synth.

I use it all the time. And totally disagree about it being somehow a “glaring” omission. How did nobody spot it wasn’t there before?! Lol

Fair enough to ask for a feature request but can’t call it a glaring omission surely. Also it probably isn’t that easy to implement tbh on the P6 architecture. But you never know..
