I think it's safe to say I'll never own one of these, but what I do appreciate about what Korg is doing here is that they are acknowledging that producing great analog synths became an almost lost art until folks like Dave Smith started rekindling the craft, and they're creating an understanding of that craft among their team by returning to old school basics first.  Unlike Roland who seems to have thrown it all over the fence in favor of software emulations.

That seems very cool! A couple of sites (sonicstate and music radar)  with short  blurbs about it say that the anticipated price will be $13,000. There is a reverb listing of an original from a couple years ago with an asking price of just under $95,000. With a full 49 key polyphony and 3 oscillators per voice, that $13K price tag doesn’t seem unreasonable. My uneducated guess would have been much higher; maybe someone dropped a zero in typing something and the price will be $130K.
