Blank note in an arpeggio

Hello together,

I have a Rev 2 and a Prophet X

I may have a silly question. Sometimes you can't see the forest for the trees.

In the sequencer is my problem to simply implement. But I don't want to use the sequencer.

I just want to play an arpeggio from a chord, in which there is also for example an empty note.

How do you do that ? There is no key with a blank note.
