Feature request: Send hold to midi out

Please implement hold to be sent to midi out. I use the OB-6 both as a sound source and a midi controller.

It's such a great keybed and I'd love for it to send HOLD via midi as well. I control the Deluge with the OB-6. The Deluge doesn't receive sustain via midi for some reason.

I think this would amount to not having the keyboard send Note Off events if the hold was enabled.

Enabling hold could send the Sustain pedal CC (64), but it appears the OB-6's Hold button doesn't send anything over midi.

There's no other way to implement "Hold" over midi except to not send Note Off messages until Hold is released.
