Can i downgrade my rev2 from 16 to 8 voices?

I like to play legato chords and 16 voices is a bit too much for me. I'm aware you can get it to 8 by stacking A+B but i would prefer 4!

I guess you could always remove the daughterboard containing the added 8 voices, by doing the reverse of its installation?
