OB6 6th Voice Not Firing

Love my OB6, however, I noticed the 6th voice does not fire [non unison patch], when the synth is turned on.
After quite some time, it eventually fires. I'm talking well over 10 minutes here. Surely this is not normal, given the other 5 voices fire from the get go.

I've checked the manual, checked the troubleshooting guide. No solution found.
Also, the unit appears to get stuck now and again on calibration.

You should contact Sequential Support about this, as it sounds like a hardware issue.

I'm pleased to inform readers that the issue was resolved with support from Sequential.

Long story short, the solution involved the re-seating & rotation of the voice cards, and a few rounds of resetting of the calibration memory, and a re-run of the calibration process.
