Tried two different browsers and the result was no better.

I downloaded it from https://forum.sequential.com/index.php/topic,6483.0.html

But the user manual from the oberheim.com support page is correct.

I found that the "Table of Contents" doesn't have clickable links like the previous version, seems the index is missing.
