Oberheim Volume output

I have been trying to figure out how to increase the volume output of the OB-X8.  is -24db the loudest the output can come out of the unit at max volume on the knob?   I don't see anywhere in the globals to increase the output volume.
All of my other sequential synths come in around -12db and less

If all else fails you could plug it into a preamp. I’ve plugged my voyager into a pair of Avalon U5s.  The Avalon U5s volume knob increases in increments of 3DB. It provided a lot of gain. The Avalons also provide boost and cut of frequency and tone color.
