TRANSPOSING SEQUENCE
« on: June 05, 2023, 04:56:16 AM »
I'm preparing for a liveset, and i've curated about 32 sounds to use.
Most of them have some kind of sequence pre-programmed as well, but they are all in different keys.

What is the easiest way to transpose them all to the same key (C)?
i just want to be sure that if i hit a C note, the root note of the sequence will be in C as well.

Manually transposing 32 -sometimes 64 step sequences is a pain in the ass. I do have the editor, but a simple way to transpose the entire root note would be handy.

i know i can just transpose by hitting a key, but i don't feel like remembering  what key every sequence is in, and looking at the sequence isn't fun for on the fly improvising where everything needs to keep going

the shitty soundtower software sequencer editor also doesn't seem to work correctly, the sequence it shows is not the one programmed into the Pro3

Hold down Track Sel and the note track number at the same time. Then adjust Trk Note with the second soft knob as needed.
